uhh so i added like 3 main things which i'll talk about soon enough

MAIN THING: /linkfm

instead of having to go to the dashboard, you can now just use a
command to get the starting link of the chain of links. ofc this also means i'll update the dashboard to
make only a single button give you the main last.fm link url, due to the fact that it's better to just use
the redirect flow as it's easier to use. ofc i'll take user opinion and this can be reverted or atleast put
aside as a legacy feature.

OTHER STUFF THAT HAPPENED

n.1: Redirect flow on the callback

You know that when you used the link to authorize scrobblin' goblin, after you authorized, it'd send you
somewhere which said "Session key updated"? Well, now you don't have to. It redirects you either to the
next authorize url or the dashboard if on the last key.

n.2: /usercount

I added a command to count users. That's all; It doesn't count discord server members, but it counts accounts
that are registered in the database, and also tells you whether you are logged into the bot.
